Omotenashi Design Thinking is founded on
the following eight principles that guides any given design process, whether it be visual or physical:

1.  Simplicity - Reflected in the use of minimalistic and monochromatic designs  that evoke a sense of peace and tranquility whilst paying attention to detail.

2.  Service - A powerful way to create a truly memorable experience  and fulfilling and exceeding a customers needs.

3.  Communication - Seamlessly integrated into the user's life and be so intuitive yet enhancing and setting a new  standard of customer experience.

4.  Anticipation - Being aware of the needs and expectations of guests and taking the necessary steps to meet those needs before they are even expressed. Understanding the guest and putting oneself in their shoes.

5.  Evocative - The physical and function state of a design should evoke both an emotional and psychological response.

6.  Personalized - Putting users in control of their journey, tailoring every aspect of their experience to match their unique interests, preferences, and objectives, empowering them to make informed decisions and discover a world of diverse possibilities.

7.  Detail - Poetically approaching design, the designer to think about the emotional and symbolic meaning of the design, as well as its practical function, in order to create something that resonates with people on a deeper level.

8.  Home - Capturing the essence of familiarity, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
